Booking cancellation	In case of cancellation (cancellation) of the reservation less than 1 day in advance or no-show, a fee will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, in the amount of the cost of 1 (One) night stay.
Check in \| checkout	If the Guest has not booked in advance and has not guaranteed early check-in from 0:00 to 18:00, the Hotel does not guarantee early check-in. At the request of the Guest and subject to availability of rooms, late check-out from the Hotel is possible for an additional fee. For stays of no more than a day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day, regardless of the check-out time. The Guest's departure from the Hotel is carried out no later than check-out time with the notification of the Reception and Accommodation Service, and the Guest returns the electronic room key card to the staff. From this moment on, the accommodation service agreement concluded between the Hotel and the Guest is considered terminated. At the request of the Guest, the stay can be extended only if there are available places and additional payment for the subsequent stay is made according to the price list valid on the day of the extended stay. If there is no information about the extension of the Guest's stay at the check-out time, the electronic room keys are automatically locked. The primary right to stay at the Hotel is granted to persons with a confirmed room reservation. All other Guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out	The hotel may offer an additional (paid) "early check-in" service if the check-out time is not suitable. The cost of early check-in from 6:00 to 17:00 is calculated 500 rubles / hour, if you need to check into the room before 6:00, the cost of the day, valid at the time of booking, will be charged. The cost of late check-out from 16:00 to 18:00 is calculated 500 rubles /hour, over 18:00 the cost of the day is charged, valid at the time of the extension. The hotel has the right to refuse to provide early check-in or late check-out services if it is not possible.

The Peak Hotel is prepaid (within three days after booking, a 1-day payment or a 100% payment is charged - at the guest's choice.
